From 16th – 18th November 2016 we had our annual Challenge Partners Review.
This is not an Ofsted inspection but the team was led by a Lead Ofsted Inspector (Rob Boudon-Pierre) and made up of senior leaders from other secondary schools outside of Brighton and Hove.
During the review the team undertook learning walks, lesson observations and book scrutinies. They also interviewed a range of students and staff and completed a thorough analysis of our results data.

Challenge Partners Review Report – November 2016
As you will see, it confirms the great progress which the school has made since the last Ofsted inspection in December 2015, progress confirmed by the very good GCSE results this year. The report also points to ways in which the school can continue to improve. We agree with this analysis and we will continue to work on these important issues.
